The
schools are self -managed
at two levels by the Headteacher
group and at another by the
Umbrella group comprising
Headteachers and Chairs of
Governors. We employ a Cluster
Co-ordinator to facilitate
and co-ordinate action.
In
addition the Cluster employs
two full time ICT technicians
and other staff and has joint
use of the Four Oaks Cluster
Community Learning Centre
We
already have an enormous track
record of achievement and
creativity and are well respected
across the local authority
